This tutorial will show You how to create Buy Now! button with Shopping Cart icon.

Make new document with white background, and on New Layer using Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) with 5px radius and #ff9900 color draw a shape like this

Now use Custom Shape Tool (U) and select Shopping Cart from the shapes list, and draw it on New Layer (Holding Shift) like on image bellow using white color (Only part of the basket will be visable).

Lets make this shoping cart more visable. Apply Stroke in Blending Options. Use #ff9900 color and about 6px (I've used 6px)

Select our rectangle shape layer, then holding Ctrl click on this layer miniature - You will get a sellection. Now create New Layer, and using Gradient Tool (G) fill this selection.

Now You can Deselect (Ctrl + D). It's time for shadow. But We won't use Blending Options. Make New Layer under our rectangle shape layer, and using Rectangle Tool (U) draw a black rectangle. Then use Filter -> Blur -> Gausian Blur with radius about 4.0. Last thing is to use Edit -> Free Transform (Ctrl + T) and place it like on image.

Now We can add some text. Use settings like bellow

Last thing will be Blending Options for text layer
